Return Policy
At Rose Signature by MENAGERIE, we take great care in ensuring that every fragrance is prepared and shipped with the highest standards of quality. Due to the personal nature of fragrance products, we maintain the following return policy.
Returns
We accept returns only on unopened, unused, and factory-sealed products.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.
- The product must be returned in its original condition, including all packaging and accessories.
Any product that has been opened, used, damaged after delivery, or returned without its original packaging is not eligiblefor a refund.
Return Authorization
Before sending your return, please contact us at sales@menagerieintimates.com to request a Return Authorization. Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Rose Signature by MENAGERIE is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return transit.
Restocking Fee
Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment, less the applicable 15% restocking fee and any non-refundable shipping charges.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please contact sales@menagerieintimates.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number along with photographs of the product and packaging so we can assist you promptly.
